Myofascial Massage is a type of massage technique that specifically focuses on your myofascial tissues. Myofascial tissues are thick supporting tissues that connects your joints, bones, muscles, and even organs. Releasing these supporting tissues help improve range of motion, reduce soreness, and improve recovery.
Myofascial release therapy is often intense and painful. It is usually administered via hands, and possibly tools such as IASTM or foam roller. You may feel sore immediately following a myofascial massage, but the results often include an increased range of motion and less pain and stiffness.

Our therapists will first assess your issues, and understand if there is an existing injuries. Following which, they will look trigger points or myofascial zones that is causing these tightness, and proceed to massage these points to allevate these symptoms.
